Aykut Uzun: Periodontology Specialist (Gum Diseases and Surgery):
Born in Istanbul in 1989, Aykut Uzun graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2015 and completed his specialization in Periodontology at Erciyes University in 2020. His thesis was titled “The Effects of Vertical Incision in the Posterior Region on Implant Treatments.” Fluent in English and French, he is a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB), Turkish Periodontology Association (TPD), European Federation of Periodontology (EFP), and Osseointegration Association (Osseder). His areas of interest include implant surgery, extraction of impacted wisdom teeth, soft tissue surgeries, gum recessions, bone loss, and aesthetic dentistry procedures like lamina applications, E-max, zirconium, smile design, digital dentistry, root canal treatments, and aesthetic fillings. His hobbies include spearfishing, running, snowboarding, swimming, and playing guitar. Since 2021, he has been serving at Dent Assos Dental Clinic, which he founded.
Ela Nur Uzun (Orthodontics Specialist):
Ela Nur Uzun, born in Kocaeli in 1992, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2015 and completed her specialization in Orthodontics at Erciyes University in 2021. She is a member of the Turkish Orthodontic Society (TOD), European Orthodontic Society (EOS), and European Aligner Society (EAS). She provides services in areas like orthodontic treatment with clear aligners, misalignment, early orthodontic treatments, jaw orthopedics, aesthetic, porcelain brackets orthodontic treatment, impacted tooth extraction, preparation for smile design, upper jaw expansion, and preparation for orthognathic (jaw) surgery. Her hobbies include hiking, handicrafts, photography, and snowboarding. Since 2021, she has been serving at Dent Assos Dental Clinic, which she founded.
Filiz Uzun (Dentist):
Born in Kilis in 1960, Filiz Uzun graduated from Çapa Faculty of Dentistry in 1983. She served in her own practice for 30 years. Now, she joins us in our Çanakkale clinic, dealing with prosthetic procedures, metal porcelain, zircon porcelain, smile design, removable and total prostheses, and aesthetic fillings. She is also a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB) and takes care of pediatric patients (pedodontics). Her hobbies include nature walks, botanical gardening, and swimming. Since 2021, she has been serving at Dent Assos Dental Clinic, which she founded.
Feride Çavuş Coşkun (Dentist):
Born in Adapazarı in 1994, Feride Çavuş Coşkun graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry in 2018. She has continued to participate in various seminars, courses, and congresses after graduation. She worked in different private clinics before joining Dent Assos Dental Clinic in 2022. A member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB), her areas of interest include general dentistry, aesthetic smile design, pediatric dentistry, root canal treatments, implant-supported prostheses, laminate treatments, and zirconium porcelain treatments. Her hobbies include charcoal portrait drawing, fine arts, and reading.
